Important to know

Before signing up, it is a good idea to make sure you are allowed to complete an online assessment. If needed, you, your case manager, attorney, or probation officer may verify your evaluator’s credentials.

Our evaluations are accepted in almost all cases as your evaluator is licensed for multiple states and is nationally certified. However, it is impossible for us to know if your specific case will accept our clinical evaluation. This is your responsibility to confirm with your case manager.

Frequently Asked Questions

How quickly can I get my alcohol or drug evaluation completed?

We offer same-day and rush evaluations for most cases. Once your appointment is completed, your report is typically delivered within 24–48 hours, depending on agency requirements. Expedited options are also available if your situation is urgent.

Are your evaluations accepted by courts, probation, DOT, employers, and other agencies?

Yes. All our evaluations are licensed, certified, and fully compliant with Texas and several out-of-state agency standards. We provide approved evaluations for Court, Probation, Attorney cases, DOT SAP, CDL, DISA, ASAP, NASAP, Professional Boards, and Driver’s License Reinstatement.

Do you offer online/telehealth evaluations?

Absolutely. All assessments are conducted through secure online telehealth sessions. This allows you to complete your evaluation from anywhere with full confidentiality, fast scheduling, and quicker turnaround times.

What is the DOT SAP return-to-duty process and can you help me get reinstated?

Yes. If you tested positive or refused a DOT test, you must complete the SAP return-to-duty process. We guide you step-by-step—from your initial SAP evaluation to recommendations, education/treatment requirements, follow-up testing plans, and final employer clearance—so you can get reinstated and back to work quickly.

Do you handle DUI, court-ordered, or probation-required alcohol evaluations?

Yes. We provide professional DUI alcohol assessments, pre-trial diversion evaluations, probation evaluations, and attorney-requested assessments. Each report is prepared to meet the exact requirements of your court, probation officer, or legal counsel.

What documents or information do I need before my evaluation?

You will typically need a valid ID, any paperwork or instructions from your employer/court/probation/agency, and details about your case or violation. If you’re unsure, just contact us—we’ll advise you on exactly what is required to avoid delays.

Let us be your guide in getting you the drug & alcohol evaluation you need.
