Before signing up, it is a good idea to make sure you are allowed to complete an online assessment. If needed, you, your case manager, attorney, or probation officer may verify your evaluator’s credentials.
Our evaluations are accepted in almost all cases as your evaluator is licensed for multiple states and is nationally certified. However, it is impossible for us to know if your specific case will accept our clinical evaluation. This is your responsibility to confirm with your case manager.
With this said, the following scenarios we know for certain we cannot help with at this time:
- If you live in Iowa and need an assessment for Iowa
- If you live in Oklahoma and need an assessment for Oklahoma
- If you live in Colorado and need an assessment for Colorado
- If you live in Nevada and need an assessment for Nevada

We offer same-day and rush evaluations for most cases. Once your appointment is completed, your report is typically delivered within 24–48 hours, depending on agency requirements. Expedited options are also available if your situation is urgent.
